For some, it's the everyday weight of caregiving, parenting, career change, or stress. For others, it's a need for licensed clinical support. And behind every employee is a manager or HR leader trying to figure out how to help. Together with CCA, LifeGuides EAP+ provides a connected behavioral health experience that meets employees with the right kind of human support, wherever they are. ##### What is LifeGuides EAP+? EAP+ brings together LifeGuides proactive peer mentoring and CCA’s trusted clinical care into one connected continuum of care. Employees can start where they feel most comfortable—whether that’s guided by someone with real, relevant lived experience for everyday stressors or a master’s level clinician to address more complex issues—and move between the two as their needs evolve. And it goes further than individual support: EAP+ gives HR and leadership teams an organizational partnership that is broader and deeper than any one mental health solution alone. ##### What's included? One PEPM, on a sliding scale by employer size, covers unlimited peer mentoring for employees and adult family members over 18, up to six clinical counseling sessions from CCA, with 24/7 access to clinicians, work-life services, LifeGuides trainings and events, and text and concierge support. No employee co-pays, ever. For the member, CCA is white-labeled, providing one seamless experience across the behavioral health provider ecosystem. ##### **What size organization is this built for?** LifeGuides EAP+ is built for organizations with 8,000 or more employees, though we can make exceptions case by case. ##### **Do you offer performance guarantees?** Yes. We guarantee 12% minimum engagement, and we put pricing behind it. That is 12% case utilization: a member working with a peer mentor, a clinician, or a work-life specialist. Visiting the platform doesn't count. If we miss the guarantee, your client's pricing comes down. Across the LifeGuides book of business, engagement runs above 20% when we have a close partnership with clients’ HR teams. ##### **Do fees change if utilization goes above a certain threshold?** Peer mentoring is unlimited, so more use by members doesn't mean more cost per session. ##### **My clients want outcomes, not engagement. What can you show them?** Both, because you need both. Engagement is how a program reaches enough of the workforce to matter, so we guarantee it. Then we measure what changes. Across our book of business: - Members report a 28% average increase in mood and energy after a Guide call - 92% are very or extremely likely to recommend LifeGuides - Members rate the experience 4.6 out of 5 stars That lift shows up in how people perform at work the next day. Impact reporting comes from post-Guide call surveys and is delivered to clients quarterly. With this reporting, clients better understand and support their workforce’s needs. ##### **How does this lower overall healthcare costs?** 72% of members say that without LifeGuides, they would have done nothing about their situation or turned to a high-cost solution. A Guide gives them somewhere to start before the problem grows. When clinical care is the right next step, the path to CCA is already built in. ##### **What do you know about the combined effect of peer mentoring and clinical care?** Both play a role, and each makes the other work better. A clinician manages the treatment. A Guide who has lived the same experience brings context, whether that's caregiving, divorce, or raising a child with special needs, etc. When clinical sessions end, unlimited peer mentoring keeps the member supported and helps sustain the progress they made. If they need clinical care again, CCA steps back in. The more supported a member is, the better the outcomes. We're already seeing this with clients, and we're building combined data with our partners. ##### **Does this help with systemic challenges like psychological safety?** Yes. LifeGuides EAP+ supports both the organization and the individual. LifeGuides and CCA's account teams and consultants work directly with HR and employee relations to understand what is behind the issues showing up at work, then go upstream to the root causes.
